CROWN (Victoria) PIER
All trips for 2024 are running from the Crown (Victoria) Pier. Please meet at our van near the end of the pier no less than 15 minutes before your trip departs. Please wait on the pier, not on the pontoon, we will come and collect you.
Bookings
The Company operates an electronic reservation system. Upon payment, confirmations are issued by our website which may or may not be printed by the passenger. A printed ticket is not necessary as passengers are permitted to board in accordance with the passenger list issued by the reservation system.
Boarding times
Passengers should present themselves at our boarding point at the Crown Pier no less than 15 minutes before the advertised departure time for the trip.

Passengers may cancel their bookings at any time up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund, but for cancellations notified within 48 hours no refund will be given. The same terms apply to vouchers. Cancellations must be notified by e-mail. If you did not book direct with us then please cancel with the booking agent.
Changes
If you wish to change your booking more than 48 hours ahead, every effort will be made to find you a suitable alternative trip of the same value. Special offers and promotions
Fare offers and promotions are not retrospective. Bookings made before the commencement of an offer or promotion are charged at the price prevailing at the time of booking.
Weather
In the event that weather conditions on the route are likely to make the passage dangerous or unreasonably uncomfortable the Company reserves the right to cancel the trip or change the route. If the trip has to be cancelled, passengers will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking.
Lifejackets
Lifejackets must be worn by all passengers. They are important pieces of safety equipment and their use is demonstrated as part of the safety briefing. Pulling the inflation toggle will inflate the lifejacket in case of emergency. Unauthorised inflation at any other time will mean the equipment will have to be rearmed, repacked, tested and certified and we will charge the passenger concerned a minimum of £25 to cover our costs.
Minimum Passengers
Each service is subject to a minimum number of 6 people. If the minimum can not be met, The Company reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such case an alternative sailing or refund will be offered.
Health restrictions
We do not recommend our trips for pregnant women or those with back problems. The decision to travel is the passenger’s own and we accept no liability for any issues arising from pre-existing health conditions.
Refusal of carriage
The Company reserves the right to deny carriage to any passenger whose mental or physical state, or impairment from alcohol or drugs, may present a risk to himself, other passengers or the safe operation of the vessel.
The Captain’s decision is final.
No refund is made in cases of refusal of carriage.
Liability
The Company accepts no liability for contingent losses incurred by passengers as a result of the Company’s inability to perform the service for whatever reason. We recommend that passengers arrange adequate travel insurance cover.
