Trip Details
Our best wildlife cruise. Visit the islets, reefs and beaches of the beautiful island of Herm. A must do trip for nature enthusiasts, with the possibility of seeing seals, puffins, dolphins, guillemots and more. Your guide will also tell you about Herm’s rich history and answer any questions you have about the islands. The puffins are only here until the end of July. After that we concentrate on seals and the Herm coast.
We are careful to adhere to the States of Guernsey Environment Department’s Code of Conduct for Watching Marine Wildlife and the RSPB’s guidelines.
Herm is the closest island to Guernsey in the Bailiwick. Just 3 miles long by 1 mile the island is crammed with wildlife and beautiful scenery.
Our departure point is our van at the end of the CROWN (Victoria) PIER.
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before departure.
Check your booking confirmation for the time of the trip.
For your own safety, please do not wear high heels. Even on a summer’s day it can get chilly on the water so it’s an idea to bring along some warm clothing. Don’t forget sunscreen on hot sunny days too. We provide waterproofs.
If you’ve got any cameras or electronics they could get wet. We have lockable storage on the quay if you need it.
