Cruise along Guernsey’s coast, taking in harbours and castles, and learn about pirates and smugglers on the way!
Whilst in amongst the dramatic cliff scenery we’ll tell you about smugglers, pirates, privateers, the great bass scandal, what killed the Governor’s wife, unsoldierly activities in a loophole tower, the pirate who hanged . . . and hanged, where the werewolves lived.
We’ll show you the island’s smallest fort, where Victor Hugo walked and swam and much more. You’ll see both Napoleonic and German fortifications – both important parts of our history.
Above all, just enjoy being out on the sea with the wind in your hair and the sun on your face.
Our departure point is our van at the end of the CROWN (Victoria) PIER.
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before departure.
Check your booking confirmation for the time of the trip.
For your own safety, please do not wear high heels. Even on a summer’s day it can get chilly on the water so it’s an idea to bring along some warm clothing. Don’t forget sunscreen on hot sunny days too. We provide waterproofs.
If you’ve got any cameras or electronics they could get wet. We have lockable storage on the quay if you need it.
